Paying For an Order
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments. All transactions are done through PayPal to ensure security, you do not need to sign up to use PayPal.
Postage
All orders are packaged and posted from the UK, but delivery stretches worldwide. Deliveries of ready to post products should normally take up to 7 days in the UK and 10 days internationally. Products produced on demand can take up to 2 weeks longer, but are usually much faster! If your package hasn't showed up and 30 days have passed then please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.
Returns
We Have no problems refunding the cost of a product so long as we recieve it within 14 days of your receipt in the same condition it was received in. We cannot refund postage costs however. Likewise if you recieve the wrong size or product in your order we will happily replace the item upon receipt of the first product. We will not refund or replace products that have been worn or used by the customer.
